Erik and Julia Lembcke are the founders of URS Advisory, a comprehensive retirement planning firm dedicated to helping clients nationwide achieve financial peace of mind. Both Certified Financial Planners® and Florida natives, they have deep roots in the communities they serve. Julia hails from Stuart, while Erik grew up in West Palm Beach. 

Julia is a graduate of the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business, while Erik earned his Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida. After several years in the financial industry, Erik furthered his expertise by earning an MBA from the University of Miami.

The Lembckes live in Jupiter with their sons, Henry and Reece. They embrace Florida's beautiful beaches, sunny weather, tennis, golf, and quality time spent with family and friends. Their passion for helping people plan for a fulfilling life—especially retirement and legacy planning—is central to their personal and professional lives. They believe that thoughtful, skillful planning is the key to a fulfilling retirement, one that allows clients to enjoy their golden years and leave a lasting legacy, rather than facing financial stress.
