Julia is passionate about holistic financial planning and serves as the Lead Planner at URS Advisory, where she works closely with clients to help them achieve a wide range of financial goals. Whether it's maximizing retirement income, minimizing taxes, efficiently transferring wealth to loved ones or charities, safeguarding against rising healthcare costs, or managing wealth professionally, Julia provides personalized, strategic guidance tailored to each client’s unique situation. In addition to her planning expertise, she also contributes to the firm’s portfolio management process—ensuring that investment strategies align seamlessly with the financial plans she helps design.

With over 15 years of experience, Julia has dedicated her career to helping clients retire comfortably and with confidence. She also shares her insights through her YouTube channel, Retire With Julia™, where she breaks down complex financial topics to empower a broader audience with practical, easy-to-understand advice.

Unlike many advisors who assume they know what clients want, Julia and her team take the time to ask the right questions and, most importantly, listen. They understand how important it is to hear your story—your values, your goals, and your vision for the future. Julia believes that having a financial team who genuinely listens and respects your hard work and accomplishments can make all the difference in achieving long-term peace of mind.

Julia holds several prestigious certifications: Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), and Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU). She is also a proud member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA). With her well-rounded expertise in wealth management, insurance, and tax-aware strategies, Julia ensures her clients receive comprehensive, thoughtful, and forward-looking advice.

Originally from Stuart, Florida, Julia grew up with her younger sister, Lily, and parents who both work in the medical field. She graduated from the University of Florida in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science and began her career in retirement planning immediately after. Outside of the office, she's passionate about spending time with her family, cooking, fitness, and traveling. Julia lives in Jupiter with her husband, Erik, and their sons, Henry and Reece, where they make the most of Florida’s sunshine and family-focused lifestyle.

Erik Lembcke, CFP®

President

Erik is dedicated to helping individuals secure and maintain a stress-free, enjoyable retirement. As a Certified Financial Planner® serving clients nationwide, his mission is to provide prudent, unbiased advice and enhance financial literacy so that hardworking people can confidently prepare for the future and handle life’s unexpected challenges.

Erik's passion for financial planning is deeply rooted in his upbringing. His father worked tirelessly seven days a week, while his mother served as the family’s Chief Financial Officer, managing the household finances with care. They started with little, but through conservative spending, wise investing, and consistent saving, they achieved financial security. This upbringing instilled in Erik a strong work ethic and an understanding of the importance of financial discipline—values that now drive his commitment to helping his clients achieve their retirement dreams.

With two decades of experience in financial services, Erik brings a wealth of knowledge to URS Advisory, where he’s been serving clients since 2016. As a founding partner, Erik leads the firm’s operations, oversees portfolio management, and directs client relationship management—ensuring that every client experience is grounded in thoughtful planning, transparent communication, and sound investment strategy. His leadership helps maintain the high standards URS is known for, and his strategic oversight allows the team to deliver consistent value across all aspects of the client journey.

Before joining URS, Erik worked as a Relationship Manager at First Republic Bank and served as a Client Advisor at Deutsche Bank, where he specialized in investment advisory and wealth management for high-net-worth individuals and families. He has also held roles at SunTrust Bank and Island Capital Advisors, focusing on banking, insurance, and lending solutions. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami.

A proud South Florida native, Erik has witnessed firsthand the growth and change in his community. He and his brothers attended public schools and graduated from Suncoast High School in Riviera Beach. From a young age, Erik's parents taught him the importance of hard work, doing the right thing, and saving for the future. Erik and his two older brothers, close in age, shared a love for sports, surfing, and all became Eagle Scouts. Today, Erik still enjoys many of these activities, including golfing, surfing, and playing tennis with his wife, Julia.

Erik is deeply involved in his community and has served as a past board member of NAIOP South Florida and the LIFE Foundation, which recently created a memorial for wounded and disabled veterans in Washington D.C. He is also a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council.

With his diverse experience in financial services, Erik is uniquely positioned to offer holistic, well-rounded solutions to his clients—solutions that may have been overlooked elsewhere. He lives in Jupiter with his wife, Julia, and their sons, Henry and Reece.

Corinne Poor, ChSNC®

Relationship Manager

Corinne is a Relationship Manager with URS Advisory who guides our clients through the financial planning process with care and precision. She plays a vital role during the data gathering phase, helping clients stay organized and ensuring we have the information needed to build a comprehensive financial plan.

As a Medicare expert, she has helped many clients navigate the often-confusing world of healthcare in retirement—offering clarity, reassurance, and personalized support during a critical transition. Her knowledge in this area continues to be an invaluable resource to our clients.

Her kind nature and upbeat attitude enhance the relationships we have with our clients and reflect the welcoming culture we aim to create at URS. A New Englander at heart, she relocated to South Florida in the fall of 2020 and has been with URS since early 2021. Her youngest son was accepted to attend elementary school at The Learning Center located at the Els Center of Excellence. She lives in Jupiter with her husband, Greg, their two sons, Cameron and Tanner, and their adorable black Lab, Reba.

Since 2014, Corinne and her family have been top annual fundraisers and supporters through the Els for Autism Golf Challenge. Funds from the Golf Challenge benefit the Els for Autism Foundation (www.elsforautism.org). Specifically, The Els Center of Excellence, located in Jupiter, FL, is a world-class facility hosting leading-edge programs and services for people on the autism spectrum and their families. The campus includes thoughtfully designed spaces tailored to meet the needs of individuals with autism—from early diagnosis through adulthood. It also hosts one non-profit, tuition-free Palm Beach County charter school: The Learning Academy (www.tlacad.org) for ages 3–21.

After relocating to Palm Beach County in 2020, Corinne deepened her commitment to supporting local children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Her family’s efforts now also focus on fundraising for The Autism Project of Palm Beach County (www.autismprojectofpalmbeachcounty.org), which supports multiple Els Center programs as well as "Babe’s House"—a community residential home for adult males with ASD.

Corinne is admired by many, including her colleagues at URS Advisory, for her tireless personal advocacy and generosity. Before joining URS, she worked with Bessemer Trust, Flagship, and Madison Square Garden. She’s passionate about the work we do and loves getting to know each client on a personal level.
