Kristen Will

Client Care Specialist

Kristen joined URS Advisory in July of 2025, bringing with her over a decade of personal banking experience and more than 20 years in customer service. A proud South Florida native, Kristen is known for her dedication to excellence and her ability to connect with clients through both professionalism and warmth. You’ll hear her upbeat voice when you call our office, as she is responsible for scheduling, office management, and assisting with client service.

Kristen earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Supervision from Palm Beach State College while working full-time and raising her son, Aiden. Her personal journey is marked by resilience and determination—qualities she brings into every aspect of her work. After surviving a life-threatening obstacle race accident over a decade ago, Kristen credits her physical fitness for saving her life and remains passionate about health and wellness to this day. She has completed several marathons and a half Ironman, and previously coached youth baseball and volleyball. She believes in the importance of laughter, staying active, and maintaining perspective both inside and outside the office. She enjoys traveling, reading, playing billiards, and golfing. She also volunteers regularly with her son’s high school marching band, supporting the program that has shaped much of his musical and leadership development.

She lives in West Palm Beach with her partner Manny, her son Aiden, and their two cats, Baymax and Eddie. Aiden is a dedicated student who plays travel volleyball, the flute and piccolo in the marching band, the trumpet in the jazz band, and participates in Winter Guard. He is graduating high school with a year of college already completed and hopes to attend the University of North Florida, University of Florida, or Florida Atlantic University—continuing his passion for music in the marching band. She is excited to bring her energy, experience, and enthusiasm to the URS Advisory team.
